California Kidney Specialists is committed to all patients with kidney failure in providing kidney (renal) replacement therapy of the highest quality with a compassionate and knowledgeable staff in state of the art facilities.

The staff at CKS provides public education in the prevention as well as treatment of kidney disease. The nephrologist's focus in to reverse kidney failure and when not possible, to preserve kidney function and the total health of the patient. When kidney (renal) replacement therapy is required, patients are evaluated for renal transplantation, peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis. The patients and their family will participate in making an informed decision about every aspect of the patient's care.

Total care is emphasized at CKS with the staff realizing not only the physical aliment of the patient but also attending to his or her psychological, emotional, social and financial needs. In turn, the patient is trusting that he or she is receiving the best care from a highly motivated, qualified and compassionate staff in a safe environment.
